Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and there were Out of Stock item(s)?
The amount used from the E-Gift Card to pay all or part of your cancelled order will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used and can be used on your next purchase.
I have a missing item(s) from my order, what do I do?
Check your email for any notifications of any items going Out of Stock while your order was being processed. This is may be the reason for the missing item.
I am missing item(s) from my order and I did not receive an email notification of Out of Stock?

When can I expect my refund for the Out of Stock Item(s)?
You can expect the full amount of the order to be refunded back to the original form of payment used to place the order within 7-10 business days.
When will my item ship?
Orders placed M-F before 10PM Eastern standard time will be dropped off the next business day to the proper carrier. GAIYA can not guarantee packages that are dropped off will ship immediately by the respective carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the limited manpower, we currently ship in the United States, Canada, and Australia only. This is subject to change.
